Earlobe Reduction
A simple procedure, earlobe reduction can be performed in a plastic surgeon's office or at the same time as a facelift operation. It is thought that the earlobe should not comprise more than twenty-five percent of the total length of the ear. In cases where it exceeds this dimension, an L?shaped wedge is cut away, the earlobe edges are brought together and sutured.

Endoscopic Procedures
An endoscope is a medical video scope, which allows the surgeon to view inside the body through very small limited incisions during surgery. An example of a cosmetic surgery procedure that can be performed endoscopically is a forehead or brow lift. This approach helps minimize scarring.
